I think this guy is retired or hiding now but I'm writing my review anyway. He handed me gender dysphoria diagnosis based on pretty much nothing when I was in a very dark place. Years later, when I called to request my records and notes, I was told they had been lost or destroyed. I was a patient of Dr Toohys for 27 years I am going to miss him I was the lowest of lows when i first saw him He helped me immensely Thank you Dr Toohey Thank you Phil on the front desk

Enforced 7 sessions in 2011 for gender transition and only allowed anything to progress if my parent was there. I was 21. YFSYC.

This is the man I saw as a client for the first time and the last. I do not feel he was professional at all. I felt he minimized what I had shared with him. He also said a statement to me that felt like a direct insult. The reviews speak for themselves.
