I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior demonstrated by dental hygienist Brent. His remarks and demeanor were not only inappropriate but also caused significant distress to my daughter, who began crying as a direct result of his behavior. Smile doctors is the best!! The staff are so welcoming and always trying their best to make our experience the best! They make us feel right at home with a hot chocolate/ coffee bar, lots of snacks and a kids room. I am please at the progress of my child’s teeth as well. I would recommend smile doctors.
The staff couldn’t be nicer and more inviting. They go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable.
Everyone is so kind and my kids have loads of fun in the game room my two girls have braces and my son has Invisalign they treat us so well
You were very kind and made me feel welcome. Also I never got scared once.

My daughter (14) had her braces removed last week. We didn’t ask to have them removed or push for it. We were told they were ready to come off. So they came off. Big surprise, her mind line was off and they left an overbite. Their solution was to put her back into braces to correct their mistake. I don’t know about y’all, but tell a teenager she’s going to have to pay for someone else’s mistakes and watch the emotional breakdown. Had another child at the office. 2nd time they did not adjust correctly the upper wire and the appointment system is extremely poor. Try to get Good doctors, not these ones
