Great experience for my husband and I. Everyone was kind and considerate and prompt. we found Dr. Long to be friendly and patient. She explains things well and even gave us coupons for eyeglasses. Our experience was not in anyway like the other reviewers, perhaps service has improved in the past few years. We would highly recommend.

Rude staff! From the first time I walked in the door to trying to get my medical records this place was horrible. Front desk staff even hung up on me and when I called back said she was the office manager. She said she didn't know where my medical record was maybe somewhere in storage. Do not trust these people with your health!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The optometrist Tonya D. Long was very rude and insulting. She made a full eye exam just traumatic and I have received the wrong prescription not once, but twice... My nice, expensive new glasses hurt my eyes and after 5 minutes, leave me feeling nauseous; the lenses give me an impression of exaggerated depth and I strain to shift focus; glancing around makes me dizzy. I had never had such bad experience at other places in the past.
