I was treated at CEI for a retina tear and they gladly released me to Dr Lindsell's care. She has taken fabulous care of me since then! She has also taken care of the rest of my family. My children have seen two other opticians in her office and they were very personable. Got along great with my kids and the kids listened to their advice
My husband went to Lindsell & Assoc. for a standard eye exam. He did not ask for any additional testing other than figuring out what type of reading glasses prescription he needed. 2 weeks later he received an invoice for various tests that were NOT performed. His eyes were not dilated, not photos were taken, nor any comprehensive eye exams. He called to speak with someone about it and they kept him on hold for 45 minutes, he called back again & was told they would not change the invoicing as they had billed the insurance co... read more
Said they take my health plan, but they don’t. Claim denied, oh well. I called them multiple with response or resolution. They sent me bills but their non-functional payment portal denied payment on multiple occasions for a perfectly good credit card. Now it’s gone to a debt collection agency and likely negatively impacted my credit score. Thanks Dr. Lindsell! What would our community be without you and your staffs attention to detail and swift response times? One can only imagine.
If you have suffered with dry eye issues or been told you have Meibomian Gland Dysfunction than Dr. Lindsell is a must see. I was referred to her by multiple providers on my care team and they were right. She is a dry eye expert and has dramatically improved my symptoms. Her office is high tech and was the only one to offer advanced imaging and treatment options beyond daily drops.
