Obviously, best practice is to tell a patient you are "no longer comfortable" prescribing their psychiatric *or migraine* medicine and give them 3 months, during Covid shutdowns, to find a psychiatrist, get an appointment and get new prescriptions when one of their major issues is anxiety and they don't own a car or have insurance. Dr. Sexton is no longer at this location, but my entire family has seen her since my childhood, and I cannot recommend her more highly. She has always acted with the best interest of my family at heart.
