The Doctor is fine as far as treating patients. However the staff is off and out their mind. I was once sent on a goose chase to find a pharmacy to fill my prescription. The problem was it was a restricted medication. They knowingly gave me a fake paper and told me I could use it at any pharmacy. The pharmacist looked at me like I was a crack head because the prescription paper was not signed and considered fake. I was mortified; angry and embarrassed beyond words. Friendly staff and Doctor.
Dr Varghese and his staff are excellent. Dr Varghese is a great doctor and is very caring, kind and thorough. He has a great bedside manner. His office staff is very courteous and responsive. They have a patient portal which makes communication very easy, and they respond really fast. I have never had a bad experience with them and highly recommend this office.
I had to change doctors due to insurance changes - and am I ever happy. Dr. Varghese and his staff are fantastic. If you are looking for a great primary care physician, look no farther!!
