The staff are nice, but they charge an outrageous amount for the physical exam and just to fill out the form. This is not normal—most places charge a single, reasonable fee that covers both. Here, they wanted me to pay nearly $2,000, when the normal price is between $300–$500. Don’t waste your time here! They are also extremely slow.

USCIS processes are complex and they help make it a bit easier. Just follow their instructions and bring everything you're supposed to.
OMG! They are so bad! Don't come here if you at all can! Everything is very slow, it took them 5 tries to fill out the USCIS form correctly. And very expensive too!
