I am chronically ill and go to at least 4-5 doctors appointments a month, if not more. Which means I've seen countless doctors at countless local practices. And I have never heard of or experienced a provider more disrespectful and unprofessional than Dr. Leung. He'll cancel your appointment 15 min before it starts, reschedule you for months later, then do the same thing over again. He doesn't even respect you enough to call or message.
