I was hospitalised last Dec with atrial fibrillation. No one contacted me again for a follow up. I almost went to hospital again today. I don’t know who else to see. It’s pretty disgusting that his staff don’t call back patients when they have heart problems and could be life threatening
I would not recommend this Dr. He put me on a heart Drug and said I was to contact him if any problem. I have a serious problem and have contacted them over the last 4 days calling many times no response from the Dr Lai. TERRIBLE where is the duty of care??? It is now 5 days and I was told Dr Lai would defiantly give me a consultant call today (Friday) he did not call, I now need to wait until Monday and call them again this could be a matter of life or Death.
