Awesome doctor, clean environment, professional team, would come again
I was extremely frustrated after our visit. The front desk staff informed us that the dentist would do a visual exam first to see if an X-ray was necessary. However, he didn't even perform a visual check and simply told us he couldn't see anything. I understand that an X-ray is clearer, but he didn't even look at my child's teeth at all. The doctor don’t care about his patients that much. Should have go somewhere else
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Tony He. After root canal, I continued to have pain and later learned from an endodontist that the filling material extended beyond the root tip. I continued to have pain and now inflammation of nasal cavity. When I returned to discuss my concerns with Dr. He he told me that overfill was INTENTIONAL (???) and I would need to follow up with specialist myself (he won't even refer me to one). I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental clinic. In my experience, the quality of the treatment was far below what I expected. After my procedure, I raised concerns about the outcome, but instead of taking my concerns seriously, the staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and refused to acknowledge that anything might have gone wrong.
