On Oct. 31, 2001 I was severely injured in a motorcycle vs suv accident. I was flown to St. Johns Mercy and Dr. Sudekum saved my life.
I am deeply saddened by the news that Dr. Sudekum is missing in an mountaineering expedition. I worked with him at the hospital as a RN. He wast the best hand surgeon I ever met. He was also kind and had a wonderful bedside manner. Prayers for his rescue and for his family and staff as they await news.
