Dr. Sylvester is a wonderful Doctor, but her staff are incompetent..Every time I would call there, it was Always a hit or miss to rather the receptionist would pick up the phone...I understand she could be assisting other patients, but she can at least pick up the phone to say please hold...You would have to called three or four times out of the day to make contact with the office. This is not an exaggeration... Then they tell you to request refills through the pharmacy, only to not respond to t
My experience was great, friendly staff. Dr. Sylvester listened to all my concerns, and even gave me some good and helpful advises. I was very comfortable talking to her, definitely coming back.
After canceling two appts with me, I finally got an appt 5 months later and then the Dr didn't come to the office that day. So, I saw her PA, her new PA that didn't know how to work general gynecological equipment. I was referred to her for a surgical consultation & never even got to talk to anyone about the problem I was there for.
