Worst experience ever! I called the office from the urgent care to see how soon I could get in for the issue I was having and the nurse told me they couldn’t get me in for a week. So I took the appointment for the day and time she told me showed up and somehow they did not have my appointment and the nurse that gave me the appointment was not there that day. Dr. Long is an amazing physician. She is gentle, caring, supportive and genuinely takes the time to answer any and all questions and concerns. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Long overseeing my GYN care.
I like this Dr., but...... I like this Dr. I think she is nice and listens to your concerns and answers your questions. She was the only Doctor who had her staff call me to explain to me the importance of having my pap done yearly. However, I had been spotting for over a year, it was just getting worse, she checked me several times and wanted to start me on hormonal therapy.
