Staff is very rude. Doctor is too busy for patients.
This office is a nightmare!Dr. will not see acne only PA's even if you have a strong request. Billing is awful! They have lost at least 2 claims because their office doesn't follow up with the insurances they are contracted with and then they want the patient to pay for visit in full. The office manager will not return phone calls trying to solve billing issue. Wait time for the PA is at least 30-60 minutes and they charge for no-show appts. Went to see Dr. Stockton's PA about a skin condition that she misdiagnosed - for over 3 years! When I developed a serious infection the office staff refused to make an appointment for me - I ended up going to urgent care with 3 follow up visits at a cost of over $700. $5 worth of antibiotics from Dr. Stockton would have prevented all that. Perhaps too busy giving Botox injections to supervise her staff or see me?
Great doctor. Has patient's health a priority. Not thrilled with office staff but doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am glad I found her and have been with her for many years.
