I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office due entirely to the front office staff. I called to schedule an appointment and was placed on hold multiple times. When someone finally came back on the line, I began explaining that I wanted to make an appointment and briefly mentioned the reason for my visit, only to be cut off abruptly and rudely to ask if I was a new patient.
