I strongly caution anyone considering treatment with Dr. Matheus. Writing this isn’t easy, but after my experience, I feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision. I am an out-of-state patient from Texas and do not have medical insurance. In May, I traveled to Florida solely for a surgical procedure to address external hemorrhoids. Dr. Matheus and Kimberly provide exceptional healthcare, and you can tell that they really care about patients. I would highly recommend this office.
Dr.M. is the most caring Dr. I have ever had. She has helped me with digestive issues for over 15 years, I love her and am so grateful for her.
After 6 (cancelled/rescheduled) appointments (4 office, 2 televisits) I asked to make an appointment with Dr. Andari. I was told they do not allow inter-office scheduling. Be forewarned: this is not a “group” practice where if one Dr. is not available you cannot see another, even in an emergency. I will not be back.
