Dr. Haywood is so kind, and all of the practice staff are helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my choice to seek care here and trust them tremendously!
I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time just to make sure it was not by the holiday and then I would have time to schedule transportation less than 48 hours before my appointment the office called to cancel my appointment and tell me they would reschedule me it would be almost a month the fact that they were not apologetic and I explained I was having pain and the young lady that called had a nasty attitude and had informed me that I couldn't even see a physician's assistant because they weren't there either don't w... read more
I went there due to pain on right abdomen, immediately scheduled me for endoscopy. he ordered labs and told me he will call me once the lab results are out. I have been checking their app no visit summary and haven’t also received any call aside from a text giving instructions about endoscopy. I do not even know what the blood work said about my health yet I should go for endoscopy? I need more transparency to be able to trust my doctor.
Extremely unprofessional, impersonal, smartaleck, rude, could care less about the patients needs. Doesnt explain anything, does procedures just leaves and have his assistants hand you pictures and paperwork! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE STAGES!!!! I WOULDN'T REFER THIS "DR" TO A ROCK!!!!!!
