A very kind doctor who listened attentively to my mom and family about our concerns for our mother. A gentle and knowledgeable doctor.
I recently visited Dr. Tomas Jimenez and found it to be a great experience. I did need to wait a bit to get in but found everyone nice and attentive. My concerns were addressed and we talked about options and tests. I would agree that our health care system in general needs improvement and that my experience was good with this visit.
The staff is rude and doesn’t make an actual effort to help you. Dr. Jimenenz lacks compassion and empathy for patients from my experience. If you’re looking for a new doctor I would reccomend looking elsewhere. The wait times are disgusting for you to have a 10 minute face to face appointment.
The secretary is nice . And I'm so happy to have the doctor I do. Thanks to u the secretary and the Doc. You all help things run smoothly. TY!
