If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here for a little over a year. In that time I never met a competent person. Luckily I was only there a handful of times. I should have left after the first mistake of prescribing meds typically given for malaria as a med for a bad sinus infection. The pharmacist luckily caught it. I went to urgent care for an accurate antibiotic. The “nurses” are incompetent and didnt even know basic information, like what an albuterol inhaler is. I had very disappointing experience at WNY medical care pc. My appointment was at 11.15 , then they told me to arrive 15 minutes early as a new patient. I was there on time. After check- in they took my vitals, but then I ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes to see the doctor. I was the only person in the waiting room, yet no one updated me or explained the delay. Awful experience as I was sitting in the waiting room for my first appointment with them I heard the reception desk discussing another patients medical history in front of everyone after he had left the building I finally get called back for triage and the woman taking my information asked what I do for work and I had told her and changed the topic of conversation to her bringing her animal into where I work and didn’t even finish my triage process to which the nurse practitioner had to finish while I was in the room with he... read more
Doctors and stuff members has been very polite and helpful. Especially Dr Rumi has been exceptionally caring. He took his time to listen carefully then suggested my parent’s treatment. Glad to find this facility.
