I had a very positive experience at this clinic. The staff were friendly, organized, and respectful. Dr. Tom Liu, the eye specialist, was extremely patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. I felt heard, supported, and well cared for throughout the entire visit. Very unpleasant lady who is sitting at front desk. It’s un professional. Clinic no wifi, doctor is coming into clinic later than 40 mins without notifying patients, all patients are sitting at office to keep adding their car extend payment. Staffs no sorry no apology! Still give patient attitude!
I’m frustrated and disappointed — I’ve now seen Dr. Kailun Jiang twice, and both times she’s treated me like an irritant rather than a patient. During my latest visit, she literally walked out of the exam room while I was mid-question, cutting me off without a shred of explanation or empathy.
