I’m frustrated and disappointed — I’ve now seen Dr. Kailun Jiang twice, and both times she’s treated me like an irritant rather than a patient. 这是我在列治文经历过最糟糕的一次眼科就诊体验。如果可以打 0 分，我一定会毫不犹豫地给 0 分。 This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an eye clinic in Richmond. Great experience - minimal waiting and front staff are kind and responsive. Dr Liu provided excellent care to my family member. Would highly recommend this office for any eye problems.
