Dr. Nguyen operated on me for an aorta dissection in 2013. I have followed up with him every year with C scans. The initial emergency surgery in 2013 saved my life. I was in ICU for about 10 days and Dr. Nguyen visited with me every day. The experience was professional and conforting. He is definetely my hero. Dr T. Nguyen operated on me Nov. 14, 2019 (10 wks ago) for minimal invasive mistral valve repair. I had an excellent result with no post op complications. My energy level is great and I have returned to work. I'm glad I don't have to take Coumadin since I didn't have a prosthetic valve replacement. Dr T Nguyen is a superstar. Dr Tom Nguyen is our heroe! He and Dr D Hermann saved out mother from life threatening severe aortic stenosis . He has brillant pioneering experience in TAVR and we knew he was the best of the best.
