Thank you so much for this great video explaining the fracture in a very clear way...it helped me a lot to understand better my accident. The fracture of my 5th metarsal happened 8 weeks ago during my holidays in Jersey and I am very glad that I am able to walk already now only with a slight pain and I am 62. I get also Physiotherapy, take D3, K2 Arnika and Traumeel . I am from Austria!! Best wishes!! Monika
I live in India , a patient of seronegative inflammatory arthritis . I frequently suffer from feet pain with burning sensation below the feet , as if someone is continuously hammering with thousand needles. It normally starts after frequent movement and lasts for 2/3 days . Yesterday night same thing was happening when I found Dr.Biernacki's youtube video where he addressed the problem and gave solution, which worked as magic for me . I could sleep properly. Today morning I don't have any pain . Thanks a TON Doctor
