4 months later update... 2 weeks calling for an appointment. Leave message, no return calls. Always automated system. Used portal for appointment and still nothing...seriously how is patients getting appointments? Doctors are good but you will be sick/pain for awhile. Had to change my review star to 1star.. 1st visit review I was so worried after reading all the bad reviews. I was so worried after reading all the bad reviews. My appointment was a short wait, Dr. Thomas answered my questions and really down to earth. Very good doctor. Paperwork is straight forward as per any doctors, insurance doesn't pay them it's your debt to pay. Check with your insurance that his office is part of network. Staff no issues, check-in is just normal. Temp, BP person that's all she does and not a doctor. No need to talk or explain anything. 1st time I dont agree with other negative experiences.Extremely friendly, no BS kinda doc, He will give it to you straight without sugarcoating. Great experience at his Sugarland clinic. 8.5/10
My mother’s appointment was at 8:30 am and received a text a day before to complete new patient form which I did, once we come to the appointment 15 minutes before per the text, the place was closed(Richmond ave.) and when asked why encourage new patient to come 15 minutes before she replied that they open at 8:30 am because they have to drop off their children and no one is at the office. Also, when I received the text I completed new patient form and getting here I was handed 7 pages to complete, I told her that completed ... read more
