I rated every area the lowest possible, just because his rough handling made my condition worse. He caused a lot of pain with no apparent concern. Also did not give complete instructions for recovery after my surgery. Do not recommend!
Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Dr. Arends is an excels t surgeon. If I ever have to address problems like this again I will not hesitate to see him again. Very happy with the results.
After multiple visits with three other doctors over the course of ten years, I finally found my way to Dr. Arends. He quickly and accurately diagnosed what all of the other Drs. didn't. After a short outpatient surgery and two weeks of recuperation I am symptom free. I'd forgotten what a normal bowel movement felt like. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Arends.
