The dentists at this practice offer excellent service, but my interactions with the admin staff have been disappointing. Their entitled and unprofessional attitude, especially when it comes to rescheduling appointments due to work conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, is concerning. I have had some bad dental experiences, but at this place, it's my favorite place to go for dental work. Everyone who works here is always so kind. I am one of those people who hate going to the dentist because of bad experiences. They have fixed most of the issues from the past dental places.

This is the worst dentist I have ever felt with. They lie to you. Fraudulently tell you that they are in network and they aren’t. Always are trying to upsell something you don’t need and do horrible work as jd to have many of the horrible work they did in my mouth redone by a real practice. Extremely shady staff who will tell you anything to charge you more money.

Unlike a previous reviewer, I have NEVER felt the pressure of being 'upsold', have been very comfortable throughout my experience and feel as though the staff and Dentists are EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. Additionally, I have been a client at this practice for almost 20-years, so I have pretty extensive expereince with the office and how it's run. I'm writing this mostly bc it's long overdue. I love this dental practice and recommend it to others any chance I get.
