Spoke with holly on the phone regarding starting care at the clinic. Was extremely rude and not helpful at all.. seems the reviews are accurate for this place. Do not recommend
Good doctor, but just "good". His nurse has waaaay too much say and control over his practice and actually creates issues with mis-communication and problems with accessing needed care.
Dr. Nelson is fine. It is his nurse Erica who is the problem. Very controlling. Recently my 82 year husband went to ER and was in Aurora for 4 days with hospital Dr's. for Blood Pressure.He was home for 4 days when he got up could not stand, slurring words, couldn't talk. Left that message and return message was, he was talking just fine last time we saw him. Different Dr. sent him to Mercy Hospital for 4 days. He was suffering from very serious UTI, which took 4 days On IV's to clear up. Thanks Erica.
It felt like I've known him for years! Dr. Nelson made me feel at ease and was thorough and prompt.
