I have been having them do my soft reline on upper denture for almost a year … this last time the totally destroyed my denture! Broke the whole side at the top … it’s all jagged and completely broke off at the gum line! I called to ask what happened and they blamed the previous dentist from over 3 years ago! My dentures were not broke and jagged !!!!! I take very good care of my denture! Have a terrible fear of Dentist, Dr.Pennartz and his staff have the best bedside manner...and they listen and are patient and kind!!!! They are the best!!!! 💯
