Absolutely horrible experience! They can't even write a medical certificate for your employer. I had to follow-up several times via E-Mail and phone about everything. Insane amounts of stress that come on top of being sick already. The Dr. gave me medical advice during our meeting and when I followed-up later, he suddenly denied what he said and it was all just "miscommunication". The worst part, however, is the unprofessional and rude staff. They don't reply to E-Mails or in the ZocDoc app and on the phone, they won't let y... read more

I had a very disappointing experience with the insurance department at Dr. Todd's clinic. As an expatriate, I have one of the best global insurance plans, which in Florida uses the BlueCross BlueShield PPO network. Despite this, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and simply claimed that my insurance was inactive without taking the time to investigate further.
