The shift prior at Metro health ER I was told that if the pain increased and caused more issues. I should return to the ER for more help. This doctor Todd Hartferink was the guy on call unfortunately. He wanted to do nothing but repeat what the doctors earlier did!! Which didn’t work. Then refused an mri saying it wasn’t an emergency. Dr.H. was experienced,knowledgeable and compassionate. He listened to me. I think he was one of the best ER doctors I have experienced . I am a retired RN. Thankyou for being there that day.
Total lack of compassion and regard for my health and well-being. Was admitted to another hospital for a week due to my illness getting severely worse after he refused to do anything to treat me. My lawyer has been consulted.
