Would not recommend. Zero compassion and it’s next to impossible to get anything done.
I recently changed hospital providers and am hoping for better service with Providence. A case could be made for 3 stars because most of my frustration is with Px refills (diabetic in nature), billing is difficult and the entire process seems to be ran to optimize profit. When a doctor demands to see a patient for simple Px refills that are charted and have not changed in years or even decades it’s clearly a policy the group uses to increase visits for additional revenue. I've been an RN for over 20 years and it is my professional opinion that Dr Gottschalk is fast and effecient but totally thorough too. He checks everything and always makes the decisions that are best for me, taking into account what my wishes are.
