Would be zero but not able to give a zero. No bedside manner unless rude is the new norm. The previous Dr. told us to come back if we got worse. Which, we did because it's definitely worse. But, thanks to Dr. Jerk wad my daughter is now terrified to go back in, ever again for anything because he made her feel so stupid. I will NEVER go back, which I'm sure they don't need my money...but hopefully I save someone else from making a mistake. I will take her somewhere else.
