Todd Bennett does not have your child’s best interests at heart. He is not subtle about his own worldview and seems only interested in promoting his own beliefs, no matter the circumstances. He stated to me that “past behavior doesn’t predict future outcomes” which effectively negated all the important information. Biased and one sided. Not fair in his evaluation. In fact his evaluation wasn't used in my significant others case due to a technicality. He himself told our attorney the eval wasn't valid. Ask for someone else who will actually listen to both sides and not use a personal opinion. When we had a second evaluator look at his report, that evaluator stated that there was a lot of things he added that weren't professional, this was one of his colleagues in fact. Even though Dr Todd Bennett helped write the language for Id Family Court, it has come to my attention that a lot of these codes are ignored if the Mother is in violation of them even if you are the Father and have proof. In my opion, Dr. Bennett is extrermely bias against Fathers and his tract record shows this. He expresses his own personal feelings and certainly does not take the welfare of the child/children involved as his top prioity which is supposed to be in the forefront of his decision.
