Sad to see negative reviews of Dr Bennett but I guess it comes with the territory of working with two sides of a custody case, the angry party will always leave bad remarks. Dr. Bennett was not my custody appointee but instead I went to him for counseling as I was going through a rough custody battle and my daughter was seeing a counselor in his office as she was dealing with the stress of my custody case as well. He got it very wrong. I've been involved in ongoing custody modifications with the same opposing party for 14 years. Dr. Bennett was chosen to perform a Parent Time Evaluation. His finding was that the opposing party and spouse were more credible than me. Fast forward to the most recent custody modification, we learned opposing party and spouse lied to Dr. Bennett about a previous Domestic Violence arrest and subsequent no-contact order between them.
