ZERO STARS! I have had my esophagus stretched off and on for 30 years and have seen many gastroenterologists across the country. Dr. TODD WILLIAMS is by far the worst physician I've ever encountered - not just unprofessional, but dangerous. He gave me an incorrect diagnosis, told me I needed lifelong medication with "no side effects," injured my esophagus during the procedure, and then refused to speak with me afterward, even when the on-call doctor thought I might have a tear and sent me to the ER. Had my egd done this morning bad bedside manner. Said I refused to be seen in clinic not one time was I offered a apt my insurance denied it to be at his facility and they wanted it at EIRMC so I waited a month did a call with a RN last week but thats it . Very snippy when I asked my questions before procedure but was not as snappy when he found out I was a Employee definitely not going to him again nor would i recommend.
Dr. Williams is great! He's friendly and highly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously. Our appointments never felt rushed and I always received quick results with my options thoroughly explained. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
If I could give no stars I would. Todd Williams has by far the worst bedside manner of any doctor I’ve been to. It’s hard for me to even call the man a doctor. He got me in for a colonoscopy/EGD and in the operating room he answered 0 of my questions and aggressively shoved my arm under my body into position. I did not receive my results for close to a month and because I lodged a complaint was fired from being his patient. Please don’t go here. Do your research and find a doctor who you trust.
