Terrible patient care and very rude front desk Saturday staff! How do you a turn a patient away who is 13 minutes late due to traffic on King Beach Road?
Awful ripoff! Went to see the RN in the Long Beach office for a suspected ear canal blockage. A two minute inspection, no blockage. Paid the $30 copay. They charged $300 for an office visit, billed us for $115 and change. For what? Refused to discuss. Ripoff. Stay away
