Customer service is good in most areas. Some Doctors are great & some are so-so - just like the majority of healthcare places. The current male VFW rep. here doesn't do a very good job on veterans paperwork - many vets are getting downgraded due to paperwork errors then the VFW rep. promises to submit updated paperwork & actually does Not follow through - you can verify that via his assistant
