When you call for an appointment the phone sometimes rings for over 1o minutes or until you get tired and hang up . Nothing like it was when Dr Okon owned it!!

DO NOT GO HERE! The waiting and examination rooms are dirty, the staff is disorganized and the doctor is only concerned with having you make as many office visits as possible so he can charge the insurance. He refused to give refills without an office visit for medicine needed for life. I personally witnessed another patients confidential health information because they left it on the computer screen when I was in an examination room. The website says that you close at 4pm. I have called for two days at 3:30 to try to finish scheduling an appointment. It states that y’all are closed. Have your hours changed?
