I’m sure some people have had positive experiences, but mine was NOT. My insurance company is to be directly billed, they would not bill them directly and said “I can’t let you leave the office until you’ve paid.” Extremely short eye exam as well. It took 35 minutes (and that’s being generous) to do 3 peoples eye exam from my family?! I’m definitely going elsewhere…still dumbfounded from this experience.
Dr TJ Hung is a very professional optometrist. He is very thorough and listens to your concerns and is patient and knows his profession and takes it seriously, Highly recommended!!!
