We were driving from Atlanta to Hilton Head when our engine shield broke and was scraping the ground. We stopped for gas, right next door to Dr. Tire. So I told my husband to pull over there just to see if they'd have a minute to check it out & see if we were safe to keep driving. Although they were very busy, they immediately pulled it in & lifted it up. Yep, it was broken, but could be zipped tied back in place to keep us on the road. We were in & out in 10 minutes. Top notch service! They replaced a tractor tire and repaired another on our property. Strongly recommended!
Came in for an oil change and was there for an hour and 30 mins. After asking about the timing they explained they we putting air in the tires and it was apart of the business. (That wasn’t my problem though) My husband told them we had an appointment to get to and when he walked off they didn’t see me standing there still and proceeded to talk badly about us and how we should have went somewhere else. (That was the problem. Dont ever talk about your customers but you’re correct we should have went somewhere else)
