I booked 1month ago to visit the doctor. One day before the appointment they called me from the office if I can come earlier I said no because I had organised my work to finish earlier so i can go to doctor's appointment. Next day(appointment day) 1.5hour before the appointment they called and told me that the doctor has emergency situation and has to leave.
