Dr Paylor is a very conscientious doctor. She does an outstanding job trimming my toe nails. she takes all the time needed to make my feet comfortable. Excellent bedside manner. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
Patient care is OK but hold on to your wallet! Apparently, they never reconcile their books and regularly over charge. Keep your receipts. Match them to the EOB. Fax in proof on a daily basis until you get your money back. Only go to this practice if you have a flat co-pay!
i.e., A local favorite, or highly reHORRIBLE! Both me and my husband were overcharged. I called them for weeks only to get the runaround.each time a girl would call me back stating she knew nothing about my problems she just had my patient ledger. .asked to speak to the office manager many times ..was told to fax all my EOB's and proof of over payment I had to them and they never replied. The best decision I ever made! Dr. Gorenshtien saved my toe! Other doctors wants to amputate, and he was the only one that wanted to try an alternative method before taking that direction. He is the BEST in this biz!
