To start, I have been seeing Dr. Bansal for about 3 years, mainly due to thyroid issues/nodules. I have had decent interactions with her, and definitely not so decent interactions. I even called her out on the fact that at times it can be somewhat impossible to get in touch with anyone in her office. She seemed surprised about this. I made an appointment for a follow up to discuss the results of my thyroid biopsy.
