I have been a patient at this medical provider for over 8 years. In the past, service wasn't great but it has greatly improved a lot of late. The last time I went the nurse was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor answered all my questions. It seems they have turned a new leaf.
They to be shut down.The worst doctors office ever, customer service is horrible. They don’t make you feel welcomed. One of my bad experiences was I called in for a refill for my prescription. They denied it at first and wanted me to come in. There was no reason for me to go in. It was a constant medication that Ive been taking They put me on hold for about 10 to 15 minutes and then they hang up I tried calling back many many times and no answer.
