alled to make an appointment with Dr. Weber and was put on hold by receptionist. I sat there for over 15 minutes and no one ever picked up my call. I hung up and called back and was picked up by there voicemail which told me I was caller number 4 in line, then 3, then 2, then 1 and immediately after that it told me I was caller number 4… this circular insanity went five more times over another 10+ minute period before I hung up in frustration.
