I was referred to Dr. Tseng. He was very helpful. Answered all my questions before I scheduled surgery, due to stones in both of my kidneys.
I have never had a doctor who has been so uninterested or empathetic to my care. I was referred by my PCP at UT Health after a CT scan showed bilateral kidney stones, but when I went in to see Dr. Tseng I mainly only got to speak to residents instead of him, and instead of providing any sort of education regarding a bilateral ureteroscopy, as recommended by him, he just went on to say “What would you like to do? Never before have I experienced a physician that had zero empathy or concern. Dr. Timothy Tseng was condescending and made it perfectly clear that I was not worth his time while doubled over in pain. I was so appalled by his demeanor, that by the end of the appointment I commented that "It's a shame Harvard didn't provide bedside manner class." Honest assessment.
