First, let me say Dr Troiano SAVED MY LIFE. After me beating around the bush with extractions I knew I needed for a few months, I went to Dr Troiano as he handled emergency wisdom teeth extractions several years ago. I was getting quotes of thousands to have the work I needed done, 3 extractions and a bone graft. There was also a needed biopsy that I let slide because I assumed it was a flare up of lichen planus. I called to make a consultation appointment and the receptionist was extremely condescending and rude. I told her I had questions about insurance and cost before I wanted to schedule, but she went ahead and took all of my information, gave me an appointment time, and almost hung up on me. When I asked the consultation price, she told me she had no idea how much it would cost until after the appointment and proceeded to lecture me about how everyone is different and therefore she has no idea. Terrible I would just avoid!!!
My experience with Dr. Troiano and his wonderful team has been nothing but top notch! I'm a self- insured patient and Dr. Troiano saved me quite a bit of money and took excellent care of me. All of his staff was pleasant and Miss Kay went above and beyond when I ran into a little issue with getting my script filled. I literally hugged that man before I left.
