Had a cleaning done and the nurse was very rough, tore up my gums and left me sore. The Dr came in and literally spend about 30 to 45 seconds just poking at my teeth real quick and said "looks good!" Went to a new dentist who just told me that i have 5 cavities on one side and 2 on the other. My New dentist asked when the last time was that I had a cleaning and asked if I was informed about my cavities and decay. I do NOT recommend this place. I had the worst job done when I got a same day crown. I recently went to my dentist for a cleaning, he saw it and said his office could redo it without me mentioning it. It looks and feels unnatural. Also, they are dishonest about billing. They had me pay upfront, it was over $1,000. A few weeks later, I received an explanation of benefits from my dental insurance showing me I should get a refund of a couple hundred back from the office. I am very displeased with the office staff and billing. I had a root canal done in February with a local endo and came here for a same day crown. I called to get a price and I was told $400 something on the phone, when I went to the office, they were telling me its over $1,000 and I must have heard wrong. I got the crown done, which was poorly done. And paid over $1,000. They billed my insurance and the explanation of benefits I received showed over a $100 difference. I woke up this morning with a swollen jaw caused by a gum abscess. I called this place around 8am. They had me in the chair by 10am same morning. Staff was so friendly and awesome. Small intimate setting, very clean and comfortable. I found a new place. Thanks staff!! See you soon under better circumstances
Fantastic and very friendly staff. Just had a tooth pulled and they were very nice and very efficient. In and out in less than an hour.
