Dr. Baltz was my psychiatrist when I was in graduate school, and he is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He has a warm personality and always made me feel comfortable and like I could tell him what was going on with my moods and my life. His main purpose was to prescribe my medication, but he would also talk with me some about any problem I was having.
