I have been trying to speak to someone about making an appointment as I am new. No one answers the phones and no one has the courtesy to respond to messages. Very dissatisfied
My mother is a patient of Dr Bailey. She recently ran out of her much needed medicine and needed a refill. I’ve call Dr Bailey’s office multiple times to see if they could send a renewal prescription and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS MESSAGES! I bet my life that if my mother were late paying her bill, Dr Bailey’s office would be on the phone immediately demanding money! Hire more staff!
I have called this office 5 times in the last 2 weeks. No one picks up the phone and no one returns voicemails. I’ve never experienced such disregard for patients in my life.

Their office is so unprofessional it's unbelievable. First Dr. Bailey takes me off a crucial medication cold turkey. I was so incredibly sick and it caused a flare up with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Then they send me.to collections, try to add a late fee and when I go to pay and the woman on the phone was so incredibly rude. Melanie. Also Jasmine doesn't return calls until two and a half weeks later. No notations on my account with the issues they've caused and they expect me to pay a late fee due to their negligence.
