Dr. Rust helped pin down a rare, critical diagnosis so that I could get the right care. He delivered the most difficult news I have ever received with compassion and clarity. I'm incredibly grateful for doctors who enter the field like Dr. Rust.
Stupid that if you’re 1 minute late they won’t see you, Kenny rd has light after light and not everyone goes the speed limit so if you’re stuck behind someone you’re pretty much screwed . Go figure though another place that’s only about money and don’t care about the patients.
Really awful experience with this guy. Just overall was extremely patronizing from the get-go. Actually tried to refer me back to my own primary care doc. When I tried to explain that I had a gene mutation (found in a genetic exome test) and told him the gene, he thought I said "the chocolate gene" (ya know, because I was slurring my speech due to not being treated for the condition I have). Dr. Rust was very informative and explained my procedure step by step as it was performed. He was able to answer any questions I had and did so with kindness. I say this because of an awful experience I had with a different Doctor who did a previous EMG. I had zero bruising afterwards and Dr Rust talked to me with respect. He did not dismiss any of my questions or symptoms I was experiencing. Would recommend Dr. Rust to anyone in need of a compassionate Neurologist.
