Dr Thaller & Staff took excellent care of me for 2 emergencies in 1 month. Prompt and quick care in their office, over the phone, and in the hospital. Thank you!
These are the worst people that you can encounter, I totally recommend you go see Dr. Sorbera before u see these two. The wife has the nastiest attitude you can imagine, treats the nurses like crap and the husband don’t even want to speak to you before working on you. I’ll drive to Savannah if I can’t get appointment with Sorbera,the hospital really need to do something about these two individuals.Someone needs to really address these individuals on how they make people feel while dealing with life changing issues.
Went to a scheduled appointment that was made almost 6 months ago. Got to Dr. Thaller's office (a 40 minute drive), and we were told that they had to cancel the appointment (and rescheduled without our knowledge) because they just moved into the new office. They failed to contact us, no call, no text, no e-mail, to inform us they were cancelling and rescheduling the appointment. Wish we could charge his office $25 for the cancelation without informing us in a timely manner. Unbelievable the lack of courtesy toward a patient.
